Really??

Okay, I admit it ... I take those silly "What Disney princess are you?" "What musical character are you?" etc, etc, etc, quizzes. They're fast. They're silly. They never give me the answer I'm looking for. I don't know why I always click on that link. It's neurotic. Really it is. I remember being REALLY upset that when I took the "Which Disney princess are you?" quiz I got Snow White.

Snow White? Really? No way at all. I am totally Belle. Through and through. And yet no matter how many times I took the stupid quiz or how many times I changed my answer I kept getting Snow White. I smell a conspiracy.

So these quizzes are dumb. I know they are. I know they don't really say anything about who I am. I'm not sure why I keep clicking on the stupid things. And yet I do. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I am working on organizing our garage and I am happy to do anything that keeps me out of that den of disorder. Maybe.

Well, today ... today I found myself clicking on yet another one of these quizzes. This one was a "Which Disney couple are you and your significant other?" quiz. I went into this quiz with no preconceived notion of who Herman and I would be if we were Disney characters. I was just curious and anxious to stay away from the garage for another five minutes. And after getting the results I have to say that they are proof positive that these tests are complete bunk. Total and complete bunk.

Who do the oh so wise internet brains at buzzfeed think we are? We are ...

Ken and Barbie

Really. Ken and Barbie.

Here is what the quiz said about us:
You are Ken and Barbie from Toy Story! Let's face it, you are a beautiful couple and everyone knows it. You have similar interests and could possibly be the same person. You will always be together and always get along!
We could possibly be the same person? We are a beautiful couple and everyone knows it? I don't think so. Although I will grant the fact that we will always be together, and we usually get along fabulously.

So if there are any people out there that really take these quizzes seriously, let this be a reminder that they might not be entirely accurate.

Enough procrastinating today. I'm headed into our scary, scary garage so that my Ken doll has a spot to park his Dream Machine in our Dream House.
